Linear regulators
We have high precision, high PSR (> 70 dB), low noise (< 30 μVrms), low quiescent current (from 1 μA) regulators that come in either single or multi outputs.
DC to DC Power converters
We have high performance and competitive price DC-DC power converters for LED driver, buck/boost converter and linear voltage regulators. Our high performance boost converter can achieve up to 97% power conversion efficiency.
AC to DC Power converters
Because of evolving new regulations and incentives for power supply efficiency, FMD has developed a proprietary High-Voltage CMOS process which can integrate a 500V start-up circuit and control circuitry on a single, monolithic chip. This proprietary technology produces the lowest standby power consumption, highest power conversion efficiency and most cost-effective high-voltage integrated solution for the off-line power supply market.
