Mr. Kelvin Hui (CEO)
Kelvin Hui received his MS degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. His specialties are device physics and process architectures. He was a Member of Technical Staff at Bell Communication Research, Senior Engineer at Advanced Micro Devices and Manager of the new technology development group at Lattice Semiconductor. He was the Director of Technology at Programmable Silicon Solutions and developed the world fastest read flash memory. Mr. Hui has a proven industrial record in 1P and 2P EEPROM and flash technologies.
Mr. Eric Tang (Chairman)
Eric Tang received his BS and MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the California State University of Long Beach. He held senior technical management positions at several non-volatile memory companies including Engineering manager of the EEPROM memory group at SEEQ Technology, and VP of EEPROM products at Turbo IC. He holds four United State patents in non-volatile semiconductor memory.
Mr. Alex Woo (President)
Alex Woo received his MBA from San Jose State University. He is a Chartered Management Accountant of the British CMA Institute and has more than 25 years experience in senior management positions with national and international organizations including Fairchild Semiconductor and Union Carbide. Prior to joining Fremont Micro Devices USA he was President of Mutant Innovation Group, a leader in the design and sales of consumer electronic products.
Mr. Jim Panfil (Vice President Sales and Marketing)
Jim Panfil received his BS from Bradley University and MBA from the University of Utah. Mr. Panfil worked for Intel and Conexant Systems in a variety of senior sales and marketing assignments. He was Director of Marketing at Atmel where he grew the microcontroller division to Atmel’s fastest growing business and Vice President of Marketing for LSI Logic where he managed the system on a chip business which enabled the CPU for the Sony PlayStation video game.
